The Park Today

The Park Today is a project to create an inventory of all the objects in Valentines Park (from unusual plants and insects up to Valentines Mansion!), the recreational and leisure facilities available in the park and the people who visit Valentines Park and the people who work there. The project was started in January 2001 and its planned scope can be gauged from the links listed.

This project is ideal for people who prefer the 'dirt and dust' or libraries and archives to the real dirt and dust involved in the more practical gardening project in the Rosery and Old English Garden.
